Prior to booking Gable Events for three corporate quizzes, Northern Housing Consortium had no prior knowledge of our service and expertise but were impressed by the professionalism of our website and the personal and friendly guidance they received once they made contact. Working closely with the Consortium to ensure the final events were perfectly matched to each audience of 150-200 guests, Gable Events organised three extremely successful after dinner quiz events in York, Harrogate and Blackpool. The corporate quizzes were booked alongside three two-day conferences Northern Housing were holding in the North of England. The quizzes proved the ideal opportunity for everyone to get to know one another in a fun, interactive and entertaining way.

Gable Events Role

Our role for the three evenings was to entertain a large and varied mix of people for up to two hours after dinner. Gable Events took full control of the event allowing the Consortium’s conference manager to relax and enjoy her evening. Our professional compere kept the audience entertained with lively banter and ensured the event ran to time whilst his five assistants engaged further with the guests, delivering/collecting question and answer sheets and projecting rounds and results on to a large screen via a laptop and projector. Each quiz consisted of between 6 and 10 interactive rounds including smells, TV themes, name that tune and aerial views. To bring a personal touch to the evening the answer sheets, score board and name plates were all personalised with the Northern Housing Consortium logo.

A Big Success!

Northern Housing Consortium enjoyed three fantastic after-dinner events in which all the teams got into the spirit of the evenings and the guest feedback was extremely positive!
